basis for "front-end" staffing.
- Developed formalized RFP "kit" which was delivered
to 7 design studios. Recognized as the most thorough and
developed RFP by recipients. Achieved goal: 3 of the 7 accepted
challenge for "audition" work.
Designer, New Media, MemberWorks, Stamford, CT 1999-2000
Established look/feel, site architecture for promotional Web
sites. Managed staff and freelance HTML coders. Accomplishments
include:
- Expanded reach and delivery method of member-based savings
programs by designing easy-to-use Web sites for ValueMax,
Home & Garden Rewards, Leisure Advantage.
- Developed "Back-end report," and other methodologies
which communicated functional programming requirements to
technical team.
- Created online version of Web Design Standards for internal
and design vendor consistency.
- Introduced MW staff to Information Architecture diagrams
while I educated marketing and product management staff
in Web development process through "Web 101" class.

Worked with Seth Godin of "Permission Marketing"
fame creating promotional online contests and sales support
materials. Clients included: Kodak, StarMedia, Pacific Bell,
Working Assets, Realtor.com, CMP Media and, internally, EZWheels,
EZVenture, EZSpree. Supervised freelance designers;
advised and assisted brand managers with sales materials and
presentations.
- Developed 2-3 variations of Web site designs for each
contest in extremely rapid succession enabling producers
to present options to each client according to schedule.
- Collaborated with Suzette Ruys to establish 1950's "Airstream
Trailer" theme using silver siding and whimsical, colorful
surfaces communicating Yoyodyne's famous fun and funky attitude.
- With lightning speed, created brochures and sales presentation
tools at a low cost to close deals.

Wrote content, established graphic theme and produced pages
for redesign of corporate Web site. Created banner ads for
new product releases and special offers. Wrote specifications
for continuing Web site, cohesive design themes for all collateral.
